Anagha Dehadrai

Founder & Principal Speech Language Pathologist
B.Sc. (Sp & Hg), M.Sc. (SLP)

Anagha graduated with a Bachelors in Speech and Hearing (2006) and completed her Masters in Speech Language Pathology (2008) from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, India.

Anagha has more than 10 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan with speech, language, and hearing disorders. She has worked as a clinician (including teletherapy) in multidisciplinary settings across three countries.

She has experience assessing and treating a range of clinical areas such as Global Developmental Delays, Language Disorders, Speech Sound Disorders, Fluency Disorders, Hearing Loss, Autism, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Social Communications Skills, Aphasia and Dementia. However, Anagha has a special interest in language disorders.

Furthermore, she has also worked as an academic and has experience teaching and training undergraduate students in India and Malaysia.
Anagha is a multilingual therapist and can communicate proficiently in English, Hindi and Marathi and has working proficiency in Tamil and Kannada.
She regularly attends workshops and seminars to update her knowledge and skills.

Being a mother of a beautiful daughter herself, Anagha understands the importance of a holistic and family centred approach in speech & language therapy. She believes in a play-based approach to therapy to improve your child’s communication skills. Her therapy sessions look more like play while keeping the child engaged and motivated, simultaneously working on specific goals and targets.

Anagha is committed and passionate about her work. She strives to empower children with communication difficulties and provide them with optimal support to help them reach their full potential.

While not working, Anagha enjoys her morning walk around the lake and yoga. She also loves cooking with her husband & taking her daughter for dance classes.
